Compensation Range: $60 - 80 per hour
We're looking for a talented Automotive Content Strategist to drive our client's content strategy to new heights!
As an Automotive Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategy and content design for priority employee products within the automotive industry. This role is primarily responsible for optimizing user journeys and enhancing self-service content across internally facing web portals, chat interfaces, and mobile apps. The ideal candidate has a collaborative mindset, and the ability to nurture meaningful relationships across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product leadership and business leads to develop content requirements and strategy.
- Lead the creation of user-centered content solutions aligned with firmwide governance and best practices, meeting project requirements and deadlines.
- Contribute to the evolution of firmwide content standards, terminologies, and operations.
- Partner with cross-functional product teams to ensure strategic journey optimization, intuitive experiences, legal compliance, and accessibility needs.
- Direct the structural design of product experience and the development of metadata to support search and browse.
- Conduct formal training in UX Writing, Content Design, and Information Architecture, mentoring junior team members and educating stakeholders.
- Serve as an expert in navigating the organization for content compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors
- 5-7 years of experience in delivering content strategy and design, with preference for web, mobile, and conversational channels.
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Proven track record of building and executing content strategy at scale in UX and digital product landscapes.
- Mastery of content design strategy and methods, including user-centered, service, and experience design.
- Ability to plan and structure content work across multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in organizational navigation for risk management and compliance, including legal and accessibility reviews.
- Understanding of how content enables user experience and business needs, connecting stakeholders with the vision.
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across functions.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and Knowledge Management Systems preferred.
- Additional Preferred Experience:
- Experience in general brand strategy and marketing.
- Ability to create an event presence for new product launches.
