Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a skilled Content Writer / Content Strategist specializing in NRI Banking and Cross-Border Finance. As part of our team, you will create and manage compelling content, devise content strategies, and perform detailed research relevant to NRI banking and finance topics. Additional responsibilities include writing, proofreading, and ensuring alignment with our overall business goals. You will play a critical role in enhancing our digital presence and delivering high-value information to our audience.

Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional content writer and storyteller who can create compelling, high-quality, emotionally resonant, and trust-building content for our brand. This person will be responsible for on-page website content, blogs, social media content, community posts, email campaigns, product messaging, and marketing communication that strengthens our authority and helps us become the most trusted platform for NRIs.

The ideal candidate is not just a writer, but a brand voice builder who can connect deeply with the NRI audience and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, authentic, engaging, and emotionally powerful way.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive, and SEO-optimized website content for landing pages, product pages, and service pages.
• Create blog articles, thought leadership pieces, and educational content for NRIs on remittances, banking, investments, taxation, and financial planning.
• Draft social media posts, community posts, campaign messages, email newsletters, and brand communication.
• Create emotionally engaging stories that connect with the NRI journey, including family, sacrifice, identity, migration, roots, and long-term financial goals.
• Translate complex financial and cross-border banking topics into simple, trustworthy, and reader-friendly language.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone that is premium, credible, warm, insightful, and highly professional.
• Collaborate with founders, product, marketing, and design teams to align content with business goals.
• Support content strategy by researching keywords, trends, audience pain points, and competitor messaging.
• Help increase organic visibility, audience trust, online authority, and brand recall.
• Edit, proofread, and refine all content to maintain the highest standards of English, grammar, storytelling, and impact.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding storytelling ability with emotional depth and audience connection.
• Strong writing, editing, and narration skills.
• Ability to write content that is persuasive, elegant, trustworthy, and highly engaging.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and brand communication.
• Ability to write for a sophisticated global audience, especially NRIs.
• Strong interest in finance, banking, remittances, investments, and cross-border living.
• Ability to handle both strategic content and execution with speed and precision.
• Comfort working night shifts and collaborating with global teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds such as:

• Master's in English Literature.
• Master's in Poetry, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Political Science.
• Experience in marketing content writing, brand storytelling, or digital content creation.
• Experience writing for fintech, BFSI, banking, investment, or financial services is a strong plus.

That said, we are primarily hiring for quality of thinking, quality of writing, emotional intelligence, and content excellence. Education is important, but exceptional writing ability and audience understanding matter most.
