Sr. Enterprise Content Marketing Strategist is part of the Enterprise Social Media and Content Strategy team. The Strategist is responsible for developing and executing distinct and robust content marketing plans that will drive awareness, engagement, and retention for Citizens Private Bank and Private Wealth businesses.
Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Content Manager focused on Private Bank and Private Wealth, the Strategist will participate in quarterly marketing planning and deliver integrated multi-channel plans that include a mix of editorial, web based, social, marketing, video, podcast content and more. The Strategist brings expertise in a broad range of digital content, social media, and digital marketing tactics to help partner teams drive action through distinctive and relevant content experiences. Success will be measured against KPI’s that include top-of-funnel digital awareness metrics and mid-funnel engagement metrics.
This role works closely with peers throughout the company including various business areas and marketing teams to align goals, ensure cohesion and drive integration. The ideal candidate will bring banking and/or financial focused content, social and digital experience to the organization and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
