We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our cybersecurity team
Responsibilities
- Creating clear and concise technical reports
- Synthesizing Red and Purple team assessment artifacts into end product post assessment reports and effectively communicating these to various stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and the ability to work closely with security teams, and Red and Purple teams
Requirements
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and the ability to work closely with security teams, and Red and Purple teams
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies, can speak the lingo with confidence
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and other Operating Systems
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency with documentation tools and platforms, including SharePoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- 2+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Active Secret Clearance
