Position Overview

The Content Strategist plays a critical role in driving the transformation from traditional page-based content to structured, modular, AI-ready content. This role partners across content, marketing, and technology teams to define, design, and operationalize content structures, models, and governance that power scalable digital experiences. The focus is on enabling content to be findable, reusable, personalized, and optimized for AI-driven experiences across web and associated platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transition from page-based content to structured, modular content models
• Design and implement content models, schemas, taxonomy, and metadata frameworks
• Align content architecture with AI use cases (LLMs, semantic search, personalization, RAG)
• Optimize content for machine readability, automation, and reuse
• Partner with UX, product, engineering, and CMS teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Define and enforce content governance standards, workflows, and QA processes
• Develop playbooks, documentation, and training to enable adoption across content teams
• Drive cross-functional alignment between content strategy, UX, and technology
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including site rebuilds and content migration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content strategy, content architecture, or content engineering
• Proven experience with structured content modeling, taxonomy, and metadata design
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and digital experience ecosystems (DXPs)
• Strong understanding of headless CMS and modular content systems
• Experience supporting AI-driven content systems, including search, personalization, or LLM integrations
• Ability to translate business and AI requirements into scalable content structures
• Experience with content governance, workflows, and operating models
• Strong cross-functional communication skills across marketing, UX, and engineering
• Experience with large-scale digital transformations or content migrations
