About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, technically accurate content that supports data-driven research and development initiatives. Your primary focus will be analyzing datasets, particularly in JSON format and public datasets, to extract meaningful insights and document these findings effectively. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience working with data, possess strong technical writing skills, and be capable of translating complex technical information into well-structured documentation, notebooks, or other clear artifacts.

You will collaborate closely with researchers and stakeholders, translating complex findings into concise narratives and actionable recommendations. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and accurately, combined with a keen attention to detail, will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer.
• Proven ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation and content.
• Experience working with data formats such as JSON and interpreting datasets.
• Working knowledge of Python for data exploration, validation, and scripting support.
• Familiarity with notebooks and scripting workflows to facilitate analysis and documentation.
• Understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights and communicate them effectively.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Produce well-structured and comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and written deliverables.
• Analyze public datasets to derive actionable business insights and respond to analytical questions.
• Explain reasoning, logic, and methodologies clearly within notebooks or other documentation formats.
• Work extensively with JSON-based data, ensuring accuracy, organization, and clarity in outputs.
• Utilize Python scripting as needed to support data exploration, validation, and reproducibility of analyses.
• Maintain thorough documentation of methods, assumptions, and findings to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, validate findings, and enhance deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis and technical documentation best practices to improve work quality.
