We are looking for an IT Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content for our products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for breaking down complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and user-friendly content for diverse audiences, including developers, IT professionals, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit technical articles, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and documentation.
- Develop product manuals, API documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather technical details.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligns with brand voice and style guidelines.
- Simplify technical jargon for non-technical audiences without losing accuracy.
- Maintain and update existing content to reflect product updates and industry trends.
- Work with marketing teams to create compelling content for campaigns, websites, and social media.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing/content creation (IT, SaaS, or tech industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software development, cloud computing, APIs, cybersecurity).
- Proficiency in markdown, HTML, or tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or Git.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with developer-focused content (e.g., tutorials, API docs).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) for visual content.
- Background in coding or scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for technical depth.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $4,500.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
