Technical Content Writer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Content Writer who can create engaging, SEO-driven content for the IT, Managed Services (MSP), Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Digital Marketing industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to transform complex topics into clear, compelling content that drives traffic, generates leads, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs that rank on search engines and attract organic traffic.
• Create technical content related to IT Support, Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, AI, and Business Technology.
• Develop persuasive content for client proposals, sales presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Write engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
• Create website content, landing pages, case studies, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with SEO, PPC, Sales, and Design teams to support marketing initiatives.
• Optimize existing content to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and search engine best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Content Writing, SEO Content Writing, or Copywriting.
• Strong understanding of IT Services, MSP, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Technology related topics.
• Experience writing long-form blogs, website content, case studies, and social media posts.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and search intent.
• Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
• Familiarity with AI content tools and content management systems is a plus.
• Experience writing content for IT companies, MSPs, SaaS products, or technology brands is preferrable
• Understanding of Google Search, SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
