We are looking for a talented UX Writer to enhance communication across our platform and optimize the user journey.
Your Responsibilities
- Write and refine UX microcopy for digital interfaces, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the brand’s voice.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams to create copy that enhances usability and conversion.
- Develop and maintain content style guides to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Craft messages for user flows, notifications, error messages, buttons, and other digital touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and user experience principles.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and conversion-driven content.
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in English and French (Mandarin is a plus but not required).
