Senior Content Strategist
Location: On-site
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000/month
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and insight-driven Content Strategy Lead who can shape content direction, identify winning trends, and build strong narrative frameworks across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand audience psychology, social media trends, and content performance, while bringing fresh and scalable ideas to the creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead weekly content strategy across platforms
- Create strong hook banks and content angles for high-performing content
- Conduct regular trend analysis and identify viral content opportunities
- Perform competitor analysis to understand market positioning and content gaps
- Build narrative buckets and content themes aligned with brand goals
- Work closely with writers, editors, and the creative team to improve overall content quality
- Reduce repetitive scripting by introducing fresh storytelling approaches and formats
- Contribute to overall creative direction and content ideation
- Analyze content patterns and audience behavior to improve engagement and retention
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or social media content planning
- Strong understanding of digital content trends and audience behavior
- Ability to generate content insights and scalable creative ideas
- Experience working with content teams, writers, and creative departments
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems
- Familiarity with AI tools for content research, ideation, or workflow enhancement is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
