Position Overview
Join a dynamic UX Design team as a Senior UX Writer to shape intuitive digital experiences for a leading financial services organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, user-centric content that simplifies complex concepts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for crafting interface language and driving content improvements in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write concise, user-friendly content (labels, navigation, interface copy, accessibility text, etc.).
- Partner with content strategists to align content with UX and business goals.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, engineers, and researchers to iterate on solutions.
- Advocate for content strategy principles and user-centered design.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of UX writing experience (portfolio demonstrating digital product work).
- Proficiency in simplifying technical/business jargon for diverse audiences.
- Foundational knowledge of content strategy and UX design processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in agile environments.
- Financial services industry background (a plus, not required).
