Technical Writer

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication, English, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Strong ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation.
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, applications, or digital products.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or Microsoft Word.
• Familiar with technical documentation formats, including:
  • User Guides
  • SOP Documentation
  • API Documentation
  • Knowledge Base Articles
  • Release Notes
• Basic knowledge of Markdown or HTML is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for company products and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand features and workflows.
• Develop user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and internal documentation.
• Ensure all documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Support and improve the company’s knowledge management processes.
