We're looking for a Product Offer Lead / Creative Strategist to own the messaging behind our products and promotions. This is not a traditional copywriting role where someone hands you a brief and asks for words. You'll become the expert on your product category, understand the customer better than anyone else, identify opportunities in the market, and build the creative strategy that powers our acquisition and retention funnels. If you naturally ask:
- "Why would someone buy this?"
- What's the emotional trigger?"
- How do we make this offer impossible to ignore?"
- What angle are our competitors missing?"

What You'll Own
- Product Messaging & Offer Development
- Own the positioning and messaging strategy for assigned products and campaigns.
- Develop unique value propositions, hooks, offers, and promotional angles.
- Continuously research competitors, trends, customer reviews, and social conversations to identify new opportunities.
- Landing Pages & Funnels
- Write high-converting:
- Landing pages
- Advertorials
- Sales pages
- Quiz funnels
- Checkout copy
- Upsells and downsells
- Bundle and offer messaging
- Email & Retention Copy
- Write promotional email campaigns around launches, holidays, flash sales, and evergreen offers.
- Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing team to build retention flows and customer journeys.
- Create copy that aligns acquisition messaging with the post-purchase experience.
- Creative Strategy
- Build creative briefs for designers, video editors, UGC creators, and paid media teams.
- Translate winning customer insights into scalable ad concepts.
- Develop multiple messaging angles and iterations for testing.
- Optimization
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Use data—not opinions—to refine messaging and offers.
- Constantly test new hooks, objections, guarantees, bundles, and positioning strategies.
You'd Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have 2-5+ years of experience writing direct response copy for DTC or eCommerce brands.
- Understand consumer psychology and buying behavior.
- Can write both short-form and long-form sales copy.
- Have experience with landing pages, email marketing, and sales funnels.
- Can quickly dissect competitor funnels and identify opportunities.
- Think like a marketer, not just a writer.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and ownership.
- Enjoy taking an idea from concept all the way through execution.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Supplement, health, fitness, or wellness industry experience.
- Experience with Klaviyo or other email platforms.
- Familiarity with Meta ads and creative testing frameworks.
- Experience writing advertorials or VSL scripts.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate research and ideation.
