Job description
InVue is seeking a Content Strategist to own all content strategy and development to global audiences. This role will focus on meeting our customers and prospects through every touchpoint in the buying journey across our business lines. This role will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to intimately understand our target audiences, their motivations, and how best to meet them with timely, relevant, and valuable content. You will have a thorough understanding of content marketing best practices and be responsible for increasing brand awareness and engagement in new markets.
The Work You’ll Do:
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop a content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with departments and international offices to execute against content strategies.
- Drive the messaging of InVue products and services across customer-facing touchpoints.
- Develop and own multi-channel content calendar for InVue’s blog, social media, email marketing and newsletters.
- Work with in-house subject matter experts, and customers to write and create content such as blog articles, case studies, white papers, research studies, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and more.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as sales presentation, selling guides, and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate on engaging marketing campaigns that drive new business, expand current business, and partnership opportunities.
- Work with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to ensure website messaging and copy is optimized for new and returning audiences.
- Leverage measurement tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure content performance and solicit feedback from internal teams to optimize content.
- Potential for limited travel

Your primary focus will be driving awareness and engagement through understanding the InVue brand, customers, business lines and growth goals.
You will need to be comfortable being both the planner and the doer of your short and long-term strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or related field, with 3-5 years of combined strategic and hands-on experience in marketing, creative strategy, or content development
- Proven experience tailoring content for the various parts of the customer buying journey.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic minded with a strong analytical and project management skills
- Must work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing and content automation tools like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.
- B2B Marketing experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborative attitude, ability to work independently and excellent time management.
- Comfortable presenting to executive leadership as well as on and off-camera
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a PLUS
- Experience or familiarity with consumer electronics, retail, security technology, and IoT a PLUS
