We're seeking a Content Designer to create clear, user-centered experiences across digital and in-store journeys. This role focuses on transactional and service-based workflows, supporting both customer and internal operational experiences.
You'll partner closely with product, UX, engineering, and research teams to design scalable content that simplifies complex workflows and improves connected customer journeys in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design UX content across digital and retail touchpoints
- Contribute to content strategy and end-to-end user journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive content experiences
- Support testing, iteration, and optimization efforts
- Ensure content meets usability, accessibility, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 4+ years in UX writing, content design, or content strategy
- Experience with transactional or workflow-driven products
- Strong collaboration in agile product environments
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple experiences
- Proficiency with Figma and product design tools
- Portfolio showcasing UX/product-focused work
Nice to Have
- Retail, e-commerce, or operational workflow experience
- Omnichannel experience (digital + in-store)
- Background in enterprise product environments
