For our client, we are seeking a Principal Content Strategist AI Learning to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,100 – $261,150 annually
Responsibilities
- Define and implement content strategy for AI training aimed at marketers
- Develop and manage curriculum architecture and content roadmap for Experience League
- Oversee entire content creation process, ensuring quality and brand standards
- Author select content while empowering a wider creator network for scalability
- Publish and manage content on Experience League according to established timelines
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Demonstrated ability to create content strategies in cross-functional settings
- Strong leadership skills, capable of influencing without direct authority
- Experience in developing AI-related educational content or workflow guides
- Excellent project management skills to oversee complex content pipelines
- Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across multiple teams
