Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing technology and solutions narratives, instruction manuals, how-to guides, journal articles, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily.
Responsibilities
- Writing and editing of technical specifications, including reference manuals, solution overviews, and product manuals;
- Writing and editing of procedural documentation, such as user guides and manuals;
- Collaborating with Solution Architects, System Architects, Developers, Engineers, and technical Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, and other related courses;
- With certifications on Technical Writing, preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledgeable in enterprise IT architecture, hardware, and software;
- Ideally has at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience, however fresh grads are welcome to apply.
