What you'll do
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop content strategies and content calendars that align with brand objectives, business goals, and campaign priorities across multiple digital platforms.
- Create integrated content plans covering Brand Communication, E-commerce, CRM, and Marketing initiatives.
- Define content pillars, themes, and storytelling approaches to ensure consistency while keeping content fresh, engaging, and relevant.
- Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and platform insights to continuously optimize content performance and engagement.
- Content Ideation & Creative Development
- Lead content ideation for both Branding and E-commerce channels, including Brand.com, Marketplace platforms, Social Media, and owned channels.
- Create both Always-on and Campaign-based content concepts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Identify real-time opportunities, cultural moments, seasonal trends, and market situations to develop relevant and timely content.
- Develop platform-specific content approaches to maximize audience engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
- Creative Production & Stakeholder Management
- Translate content strategies into creative briefs and actionable production plans.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, designers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to agency partners throughout content development and production processes.
- What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Creative Planning, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Branding, Consumer Journey, Social Media, and E-commerce ecosystems.
- Proven experience developing content strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, Brand.com, and Marketplace channels.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to turn business objectives, consumer insights, and market situations into compelling content ideas.
- Experience managing agencies, creative partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and digital analytics is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

- A "can-do" attitude and proactive.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
