Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client goals.
- Conduct content audits and audience research to identify gaps.
- Build and maintain detailed content calendars.
- Creation & Management
- Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog, website, ad, and social content.
- Edit and manage contributions from freelance or internal writers.
- Craft compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- SEO & Performance Optimization
- Implement best practices in SEO using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics.
- Track, measure, and optimize content performance.
- Continuously refine strategies based on analytics and trends.
- Digital Marketing Integration
- Align content with social, email, and paid marketing campaigns.
- Develop thought leadership pieces and branded storytelling content.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and growth marketers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience
- 3+ years in content strategy, digital marketing, or editorial roles.
- Prior experience with SMB-focused marketing in the USA is a strong plus.
- Technical
- Solid SEO, keyword strategy, and content analytics experience.
- Familiar with platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Ability to create both long-form and short-form content across formats.
- Creative
- Strong storytelling instincts, with an eye for viral formats.
- Deep understanding of digital trends and audience psychology.
- Experience crafting multi-platform campaigns.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and creative ideas.
- Capable of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines.
