Job Title: Part Time Grant Technical Writer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $33-$36/HR

What's the job?

• Collaborate with researchers, project managers, and grant administrators to produce federal grant proposal submissions.
• Maintain schedules and timelines to ensure timely submission of grant proposals.
• Organize project tracking systems and maintain organized files, including version control.
• Edit and refine draft texts from multiple team members to create cohesive proposals.
• Stay updated on current funding priorities and guidelines, particularly for NSF grants.

What's needed?

• Proven experience in successful NSF grant writing, including knowledge of the PAPPG guidelines.
• Experience working with researchers from both physical and social science disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain detailed records.
• Excellent technical writing and editing capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
