Content Strategist

Our client is seeking a creative and driven Content Strategist to join their in-house marketing team in a newly created position. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of content development and help shape brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives as the company continues to expand.

The organization is looking to bring content creation internally and is seeking someone who is eager to grow, highly collaborative, and excited to make an impact across multiple marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write engaging content for blogs, case studies, marketing collateral, email campaigns, website copy, and digital communications
• Partner closely with the Director of Marketing and internal subject matter experts to create compelling messaging and brand content
• Translate technical, operational, or complex topics into clear, audience-friendly content
• Support content strategy initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all marketing materials
• Assist with campaign messaging, thought leadership content, and broader marketing communications efforts
• Collaborate across teams to gather insights and support ongoing marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or related marketing roles
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Experience creating blogs, case studies, marketing materials, and digital content
• Ability to simplify technical or complex information into clear and engaging messaging
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mindset with a proactive and growth-oriented attitude
• Experience within B2B, consulting, or professional services environments is a plus
