Job description
As part of the Creative team, you will play a key role in shaping compelling narratives and delivering engaging content experiences across a variety of projects. Working at the intersection of storytelling, design and strategy, you will contribute to the development of creative concepts, ensure high-quality content delivery, and collaborate closely with clients, internal teams and external partners. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, project coordination and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering impactful and audience-focused experiences.
Responsibilities
- Creative Contribution & Concept Development
- Contribute to project vision and concept development with the Creative team.
- Develop narratives (proposition, themes, stories, key messages).
- Define interpretive approaches across spaces, audiences and media.
- Support the creation of engaging, audience-focused experiences.
- Content Strategy & Design Delivery
- Deliver content design across projects of varying scale.
- Translate scope into clear briefs, deliverables and workflows.
- Define content hierarchies and guidelines.
- Manage content and asset organisation (e.g. content matrices).
- Proposals, Pitches & Documentation
- Contribute to proposals, presentations and tender documents.
- Conduct research to support storytelling, audiences and concepts.
- Carry out and document research and development related to pitches and projects, including:
- Narrative research
- Reference research
- Audience research
- Benchmarking and industry innovation
- Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Manage content and information flows.
- Monitor progress and align expectations across stakeholders.
- Project Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Deliver outputs across all project stages.
- Produce clear reports and maintain quality standards.
- Support site visits to ensure design intent is preserved.

Qualifications, skills and experience
- Fluent English
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to design clear, structured and visually compelling presentations
- High proficiency in Keynote, AI tools and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Word, Excel)
- Proven experience delivering content design across projects of various scales
- Strong expertise in experience design and narrative development (museums, attractions, brands)
- Ability to create engaging, multi-layered storytelling experiences for diverse audiences
- Skilled at translating complex topics into clear and accessible content
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of project processes, deliverables and budget constraints
- Experience supervising or mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (internal & external audiences)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate with SMEs and multidisciplinary teams
- Open to feedback and able to respond constructively
- Strong time and resource management across multiple projects
