We are seeking a Content Manager to join Amazon's EU Selling Partner Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content and executing marketing strategies, while maintaining a high standard for targeting, key messaging, and impact. You will focus on core KPIs to guide your actions and iterations.
You will also seek opportunities to automate and scale marketing workflows where appropriate, while staying closely connected to the Selling Partner Experience. By leveraging tools and solutions, you will continuously raise the bar for how Selling Partners receive, perceive, and act on outreach messaging. Additionally, you will identify and address blockers that hinder Selling Partners' ability to take action, engaging with program owners to remove friction points and drive greater engagement with call-to-action messaging.

About The Team
The EU Selling Partner Support team assists EU marketplace sellers in complying with EU regulations. We measure the success of the role by providing clear and straightforward content that educates and generates responses about compliance requirements through scalable channels.
Given the complex and dynamic nature of the EU legislative landscape, we ensure efficient and effective communication with our sellers. We use data to make informed decisions about our channels, content quality, timing, and frequency.
