Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications organization, is seeking a UX Content Strategist / UX Researcher to join a growing digital product team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping customer experiences across web and mobile platforms by combining content strategy, UX writing, and user-centered design principles. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of content, research, design, and product development. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineering teams to create intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences that support customers throughout their journey.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop content strategies that support business objectives and customer needs
- Create UX copy, microcopy, messaging frameworks, navigation content, onboarding experiences, and support content
- Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Researchers to define customer journeys and digital experiences
- Conduct and leverage user research findings to inform content and experience decisions
- Help shape new digital products and customer-facing experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Ensure content aligns with accessibility, usability, and UX best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and product development activities
- Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly experiences
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in UX Content Strategy, Content Design, or UX Writing
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting or utilizing User Research to drive decisions
- Experience working within Digital Product Development environments
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong collaboration skills with Product, UX Design, and Engineering teams
- Experience creating content for web and mobile experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating customer support journeys and post-purchase experiences
- Background in SaaS, Telecommunications, Technology, E-Commerce, or Consumer Digital Products
- Experience building customer-facing digital products
- Familiarity with information architecture and customer journey mapping
- Experience writing onboarding content, microcopy, navigation labels, and support content
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and content best practices
