What does the role entail?
What kind of characteristics are we looking for?
Well, Payoneers Are

Are you the right person for the role?
This Is What We're Looking For
You need to be able to jump from one writing style to another. Other people think it’s all just writing – but you know how different it all is.
We think that the ideal background is a professional content designer / UX writer with at least 2 years experience in a tech company – payments, banking, fintech a big advantage. But prove us wrong. Are you a copywriting guru who also does UX writing? Bring it on.
It doesn’t matter where you were born, but native-level Chinese and English are deal-breakers. Writing both Simplified and Traditional is even better.
You're a champion for common-sense, clarity, transparency, and user experience. But you're also able to collaborate with other teams and disciplines - this is essential. You know when to put your foot down, and you know when to let go. Being right is not always the most important thing.
You're a word geek. Hierarchy, information architecture, glossaries, documentation – these things make you feel warm and fuzzy.
You're familiar with the concept of user-centric design. We don't expect you to be an actual designer, but you do know that the right words need to be in the right place at the right time – and you know how to collaborate with UX/Product designers to make this happen. You know how to prioritize your workload. And you know how to prioritize a task – what needs to get done now, and what can wait for phase 2.
Proficiency in Figma is a must. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure an advantage.
