What You'll Do
- Content creation for digital products, including fintech solutions (e.g., microsites, landing pages, UI copy).
- Writing B2B and B2C customer communication materials, such as newsletters, EDMs, and customer messaging.
- Developing informational content for digital platforms, like guides and educational materials for SME platforms.
- Crafting internal communication materials, including employee updates and onboarding documentation.
- UX writing, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience with clear and precise copy.
- Storytelling-driven fintech and beyond banking content, making complex financial services easy to understand.
- Showcasing AI-powered services and integrated digital ecosystems, from automated financial solutions to AI-driven customer interactions.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
- Collaborating closely with digital product teams, including UX/UI designers, project managers, product owners, and marketers.
Who You Are
- Experience: Medior-level copywriter with proven experience in fintech or related industries.
- SEO Savvy: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including competitor analysis, technical improvements, and backlink strategies.
- AI-Proficient: Comfortable using AI-driven tools to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency.
- Autonomous & Proactive: You take initiative, manage your own projects, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Creative & Strategic: Ability to craft compelling narratives while aligning with business goals.
