Details:

• Experience with or prepared to learn content management systems (CMS) and other authoring tools, such as Ixiasoft, Oxygen, xMetal, Visual Studio Code
• Basic understanding of DITA/XML, HTML, and PDF
• Experience with MSTP/Chicago/any other technical publication guidelines
• API specification documentation experience is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Duties:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Testers, etc.) to create and update technical content
• Accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function
• Ensure the documentation aligns with the CS&D writing standards
• Manage the review lifecycle and address input and feedback received from internal business partners and external customers
• Provide excellent customer service to our business partners and customers
• Author in XML or markdown, for content creation and editing
• Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, such as PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help file generation… more
