Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UX Writer to create clear, user-centered content for digital healthcare products. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, UX, design, and engineering teams to craft intuitive experiences that align with brand voice, accessibility standards, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and interpret product requirements, user journeys, and design decisions.
- Develop and execute content strategies for consumer and institutional healthcare products.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging UX content aligned with UX best practices and accessibility standards.
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across digital experiences.
- Collaborate with:
- Product Managers
- UX/UI Designers
- Business Analysts
- Developers
- Marketing Teams
- Business Stakeholders
- Provide iterative content support during the product design lifecycle.
- Create publishing and implementation documentation including:
- Copy Decks
- Messaging Frameworks
- Content Models
- Contribute to product style guides and design system content standards.
- Support scalable content guidelines for reusable components and patterns.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of UX writing, content design, or content strategy experience.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive content standards.
- Experience writing for digital products and user experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with design systems and scalable content frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience working in Agile product environments.
- Familiarity with Figma or modern design collaboration tools.
