Take responsibility for User communication & UX Writing:
Oversee performance of all external communication regarding company announcement, policy updates, feature release, content for Application interfaces to deliver business/ product’s messages to end-users
Write the microcopy in apps and other digital products to well navigate end-users
Solid understanding of customer insights & segmentation journey to drive content excellence, increase user experience, engagement & loyalty
Collaborate closely with Product & other business stakeholders to deliver the best interface for customer experience & business strategy
Manage UX writing standards and content guidelines to ensure consistency, easy understanding and in line with the goals of the business
Conduct competitor research to benchmark with the industry
Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned
Requirements
2 year+ experience in UI/UX writing is preferred
Experience in customer experience; and/or, operation management; and/or, marketing content in E-commerce is a plus
Understanding of UX Design Fundamentals
Excellent in both English and Vietnamese language (writing, editing, proofreading)
Excellent analytical skills and ability to make a judgment based on logical reasons
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learning, adaptive and flexible
Street smart and down to earth
Committed, result-oriented, willing to go the extra miles for goal achievement
