Title: UX Content Designer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Phoenix, AZ/Columbus, OH - Hybrid
TEAM DYNAMIC:
- Collaborative environment with content designers, product owners, and design teams
- Regular interaction with developers and senior leadership/management
- Acts as the face of content review with Legal
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design
- Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products
- Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions
- Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language
- Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis)
- Support design process by integrating content strategy
- Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews
- Present and explain content decisions to non-experts
Must Have
- Copywriting and Editing
- Digital Content Delivery
- Digital Copywriting
- Microsoft Office
- Previous familiarity with a regulated industry (legal, compliance, risk) Could be healthcare, finance, etc
- UX Content Design
- UX writing
