Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and insight-driven Content Strategist who deeply understands what makes content work. Not someone who just posts content. Not someone who only writes captions. We want someone with taste. Someone who understands:
- why certain hooks stop the scroll
- why some stories hold attention
- why some creators build cult audiences while others stay invisible
This role is focused on building founder-led content that drives distribution, trust, audience growth, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is obsessed with content formats, storytelling, audience psychology, creator trends, virality, and platform-native content. You should be able to think strategically while maintaining high creative standards in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy
- Build end-to-end content strategies for founders across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
- Translate founder ideas, expertise, and business positioning into high-performing content
- Create repeatable content pillars, themes, and scalable content formats
- Develop strong hooks, narrative angles, storytelling structures, and content frameworks
Research & Insight Mining
- Conduct deep research on industries, competitors, audience psychology, and market trends
- Track leading creators, founders, and media brands globally
- Identify emerging content trends before they become mainstream
- Discover unique angles, stories, data points, and hooks worth building content around
Content Development
- Write detailed content briefs for editors, designers, and execution teams
- Transform raw founder thoughts into polished, compelling content
- Improve storytelling, pacing, structure, clarity, and retention
- Ensure every piece of content has strategic intent and business alignment
Trend & Platform Intelligence
- Stay updated with platform shifts, algorithm changes, new formats, and audience behavior
- Study high-performing creators, founder brands, educational media, business content, and geopolitical storytelling
- Continuously benchmark execution quality against best-in-class global creators
Creative Direction
- Collaborate closely with editing and design teams to maintain high execution standards
- Ensure consistency in tone, storytelling, visual identity, and brand positioning
- Push for quality beyond average agency-level output
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Storytelling, Media, Creator Ecosystem, or Social Content
- Proven experience creating high-performing content across social platforms
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, storytelling, audience psychology, and platform-native formats
- Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Deep content taste and strong creative instincts
- Strong research and insight-mining abilities
- Naturally curious, trend-aware, and internet-native
- Ability to think strategically rather than tactically
