Centene is looking for a talented Senior Content Designer to lead the development and execution of content strategy, delivering high-impact content and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure quality control and enhance customer experiences.

Salary: $85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of content strategy, delivering high-impact content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define technical and business requirements.
- Design engaging experiences and ensure quality control.
- Create and enhance customer experiences across web, mobile, and chat platforms.
- Perform user experience research, interviews, and usability tests.
- Shape effective interaction designs for complex, data-intensive domains.
- Contribute to wireframes and prototypes.
- Communicate conceptual ideas and prototypes to key stakeholders.
- Establish common content design standards for adoption across product lines.
- Work closely with stakeholder teams during design and development phases.
- Ensure quality and consistency of work and contribute to style guides.
- Demonstrate strong writing and editing skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
- 4 – 6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with user experience and design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe (AEM), or Writer.
