As a Creative and Content Strategist at TikTok, you will be an integral member of the Social & Content Pod on the NA Business Marketing - Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team. You will be responsible for translating business briefs into creative strategies, developing comprehensive content strategies, overseeing copy writing and editing, and participating in content and creative reviews.
Minimum qualifications for this role include at least 5 years of experience in marketing or communications strategy, prior experience in media and/or creative agency, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic mindset, project management skills, and understanding of CRM and the intersection between SEO, content, and social within the digital marketing landscape.
Preferred qualifications include experience in technology or B2B, curiosity and eagerness to learn, collaboration skills, and self-motivation.

For this position, the base salary range in the selected city is $112,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and location. The role may also be eligible for additional bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
