Job description
We are looking for a Creative Strategist to transform business objectives and consumer insights into compelling creative strategies, campaigns, and presentations. This role will be responsible for developing strategic concepts, crafting creative briefs, leading campaign ideation, and presenting recommendations to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, storytelling, and creativity to create work that drives both brand impact and business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
- Conduct audience, market, cultural, and competitor research to identify actionable insights.
- Translate research and insights into clear strategic directions, messaging frameworks, and campaign concepts.
- Create comprehensive creative briefs for designers, copywriters, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, experiential, and traditional channels.
- Define content themes, storytelling approaches, and creative territories that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Develop pitch decks, strategic presentations, and proposal materials for clients, leadership teams, and new business opportunities.
- Present and defend strategic recommendations, campaign concepts, and creative ideas with confidence and clarity.
- Build compelling narratives that communicate the rationale behind creative decisions and inspire stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage data, insights, and learnings to optimize future creative strategies.
- Stay informed on consumer trends, emerging platforms, cultural shifts, and industry best practices.
- Ensure creative output aligns with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and overall strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, advertising, content strategy, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, content ecosystems, and brand communications.
- Proven experience developing creative briefs, campaign strategies, and presentation materials.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data and insights into compelling creative recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
