Your contribution to the team
- Book Launch Marketing
- Create launch plans and content calendars for new book releases
- Coordinate launch campaigns across social media, email, website, and partner channels
- Track launch performance and suggest optimization strategies
- Customer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing
- Map and optimize customer journeys from awareness to purchase and retention
- Build and manage email nurture sequences and automated workflows
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for engagement
- Content & Copywriting
- Write marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social media, ads, and website content
- Develop author-focused and learner-focused content strategies
- Collaborate with design and publishing teams to create marketing assets
- Technical & Strategic Marketing
- Manage marketing automation tools and CRM workflows
- Support website content updates and conversion optimization initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
- Remarketing
- Create remarketing campaigns for website visitors, leads, and existing customers
- Work with paid marketing teams/agencies to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skill
- Experience with email marketing and automation tool
