This position reports to

Senior Initiative Owner

Your role and responsibilities

In this role one of your responsibilities will be technical documentation, where you create and maintain user manuals, API docs, release notes, and technical guides. Also, you will do content strategy, this means to develop a consistent documentation strategy aligned with product releases.

Further tasks:

• Product Demos & Training: Help create and deliver demos and training materials for users.
• Direct Product Experience: Test the product to ensure accurate, practical documentation.
• Content Maintenance: Update documentation with product changes and feedback, ensuring accessibility.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, support, and marketing to ensure accurate documentation and align content with promotional materials.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in drafting, creating, and proofreading technical documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and API documentation in both English and German.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
• Commitment to experiment with and learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Practical approach to product testing to create rich, experience-based documentation and demos.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Very good skills in German and English.

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of € 3.665,31 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
