AI Content Strategist

We are looking for an AI Content Strategist who is equal parts creative storyteller, data analyst, and prompt engineer to shape the future of our content ecosystem.

Role Summary

As the AI Content Strategist, you will own the intersection of content strategy and generative AI tools. You won’t just be writing copy; you will be designing the frameworks, workflows, and prompts that allow our internal teams and clients to scale high-quality content production. You will ensure everything we produce remains highly engaging, factually accurate, and deeply aligned with brand voices, while maximizing the efficiency of LLMs (Large Language Models) and other AI tools.

Key Responsiblities

• AI-Driven Content Creation & Scaling: Develop and execute an end-to-end content strategy leveraging generative AI tools to scale blog posts, marketing copy, social media, and technical documentation without sacrificing quality.
• Prompt Engineering & Framework Design: Design, test, and maintain a library of high-performing prompts, custom GPTs, and AI workflows tailored to different brand voices, formats, and target audiences.
• Human-in-the-Loop Quality Control: Establish and oversee rigorous editing and fact-checking workflows ("human-in-the-loop") to ensure all AI-assisted content meets high editorial standards, avoids hallucinations, and passes SEO compliance.
• SEO & Performance Optimization: Utilize AI analytics tools alongside standard platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush) to monitor content performance, conduct keyword research, and continuously iterate on strategy based on hard data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to provide feedback on our internal AI tools, helping to bridge the gap between user experience and content needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or editorial roles.
• Proven hands-on experience working extensively with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper) in a professional setting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to strategize, produce, and edit high-performing digital content (B2B or SaaS experience is a huge plus).

Technical & Creative Skills

• Advanced Prompting: Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques (few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, system role definition) to get highly specific outputs from LLMs.
• Editorial Excellence: Exceptional developmental editing skills—you know how to take raw AI output and inject human warmth, nuance, and structural clarity into it.
• SEO Literacy: Strong understanding of search engine optimization principles, especially in the era of AI-driven search engines (like Google SGE or Perplexity).
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate data points into actionable strategy pivots.
