Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Writer with a focus on procedural documentation. This role supports a new software program implementation by creating and managing document controls. The ideal candidate will be an operational and process-oriented writer who can thrive in a quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write procedural documentation and document controls.
• Support the documentation needs for a new EWM software program.
• Manage documentation within established document management systems.
• Ensure all technical documentation aligns with compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of technical writing experience, preferably in a Medtech or regulated environment. A background in compliance is necessary.
• Technical Skills: Experience with document management systems such as EDMS, Agile PLM, or Windchill is required. Familiarity with change control processes is also necessary.
