We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Content Strategist to lead the planning, development, and optimization of content across multiple digital channels. This role will be responsible for creating data-driven content strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SEO content, website content, social media, email marketing, integrated campaign messaging, and content planning, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling content experiences. This role will work closely with creative, data analyst, SEO, account, sales, and client teams to ensure every piece of content delivers measurable impact.
Role & Responsibility
- Develop content strategies that align with business objectives, marketing campaigns, and customer journey stages.
- Build monthly content calendars covering SEO articles, website content, social media, email marketing, and campaign assets.
- Identify content opportunities through audience insights, keyword research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all content channels.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
- Develop content briefs for copywriters, designers, and multimedia teams.
- Review and oversee content production to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content for digital platforms.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and editorial standards.
- Support SEO content planning through keyword research and search intent analysis.
- Work closely with SEO and performance marketing teams to optimize website and article content.
- Continuously improve content performance through optimization and best practices.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and data analysts throughout the content development process.
- Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for future content initiatives.
- Present content strategies, calendars, and content outputs to clients.
- Process and consolidate client feedback into clear, actionable briefs for the internal team, maintaining quality and clear timelines throughout revision rounds.
