Content Strategist

We are a diversified capital markets institution with a legacy built on relationships and results. As we enter our next chapter, we are investing in the power of founder-led storytelling.

We are looking for a ghost-writer/content strategist who will work directly with our founders, shadowing them in meetings, boardrooms, and conversations with some of the most influential companies and entrepreneurs in India. Your job is to absorb what you witness, draw out the stories that lie beneath the surface, and translate them into compelling, voice-authentic content for different content channels, primarily LinkedIn. If you are someone who is naturally curious, loves a great story, understands the social algorithms, and can make even the most reserved person sound like themselves at their very best– this role is for you.

What you will do

• Shadow and capture

Be present with the founders, in client meetings, industry events, and internal discussions, with an eye and ear for story

• Conduct regular interviews and conversations to extract insights, opinions, experiences, and perspectives
• Build a deep understanding of each founder's voice, values, and worldview

• Create and publish

Write high-quality content in each founder's authentic voice

Develop and manage a consistent content calendar across 2–3 founder profiles

Craft narratives that are relevant and human

• Strategise and optimise

Stay ahead of algorithm changes, trending formats, and what is cutting through in the feed

Use data and post performance to continuously refine strategy and content approach

Leverage AI tools intelligently to increase output without losing the founder's voice or authenticity

Who you are

• You have 3–5 years of experience in content writing, financial journalism, communications, or a closely related field
• You are a skilled interviewer: you know how to ask the right questions and make people feel comfortable sharing
• You are LinkedIn-native
• You write with clarity and character, you can make complex ideas feel simple and simple ideas feel significant
• You are inquisitive by nature; you find people and their stories genuinely fascinating
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, you can sit in a room, absorb what is happening, and find the story in it
• You use AI tools fluently but never let them flatten a voice or substitute for real craft
• You are discreet and professional, you will be privy to conversations that matter

• Experience ghost-writing or content-writing for senior executives or public figures
• A portfolio that demonstrates range: across industries, formats, and voices
• A genuine interest in the founder ecosystem and the stories that drive it

Location and commitment

This role is based in Mumbai and is fully in-person. The nature of the work, being present, being observant, building relationships, requires you to be in the room. Candidates must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. This role will be under a very strict non-disclosure agreement.
