Overview
We're seeking a talented Content Strategist to join the Child Care Digital Hub project in partnership with City Hall's Child Care Office. The project aims to develop a single online hub where families can easily find childcare options and providers can access resources and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original content for the Child Care Unified Hub using NYC style guidelines
- Review and integrate content from relevant agencies and partners
- Participate in user research and apply findings to inform content strategy
- Collaborate with the project team on content goals and performance metrics
- Translate user feedback, analytics, and research into engaging content
- Manage content deliverables and present updates to stakeholders
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience writing and strategizing content for websites
- Proven ability to create high-quality, user-focused content
- Experience with microcopy and informational web platforms
- Comfortable working across disciplines to deliver digital content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience aligning content with business objectives
- Strong skills in content planning and strategy
- Ability to develop and maintain content guidelines
- Sharp writing and editing capabilities
