What We're Looking For
We're looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Content Strategist to join our mighty (but lean!) marketing solutions team. If you're the type who gets a little too excited about campaign planning, nerds out over analytics, and takes pride in turning big ideas into polished content—keep reading.
This role is perfect for someone with a few solid years of marketing experience who's ready to stretch their skills, try new things, and make a real impact. You'll work across channels, formats, and teams—collaborating globally while keeping our content tight, on-brand, and engaging. No two days are the same here, and we like it that way.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute content strategies that actually move the needle
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and client teams to align messaging and goals
- Craft content briefs and oversee production for everything from articles and ebooks to videos and infographics and beyond
- Edit and proof content like a pro, making sure it’s not just good—it’s audience-ready
- Help lead content workshops and brainstorms to spark fresh ideas
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize based on what works
- Stay ahead of trends in content, tech, and AI to keep our work relevant and bold
- Test, tweak, and occasionally break the rules to see what works (we encourage it)
Job Specifications
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or at an agency
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, audience targeting, and SEO best practices.
- A portfolio of content that shows both strategic thinking and executional chops – performance/success metrics encouraged
- Strong editorial skills with an eagle eye for detail
- Comfortable with AI platforms and prompt engineering
- Someone who’s organized, energetic, and not afraid to ask questions
- A team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—we don’t do “that’s not my job” here
- High degree of flexibility
Preferred Skills
Experience working with global teams or in multiple markets a plusBonus points for CMS experience (Contentstack = gold star), familiarity with Google Analytics or Domo, or multilingual skillsAsana and Microsoft Office experienceAd agency experience preferred

Physical Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required—for conferences or to collaborate in other company offices.
- Light lifting (around 10 lbs) like carrying a laptop or meeting materials.
- You'll spend most of your day (up to 90%) in a seated position, working on a computer.
- Some movement around the office is expected—for meetings, team check-ins, or accessing equipment.
- Regular use of a computer, keyboard, and phone headset is essential for staying connected and productive.
- Clear and professional verbal communication is key, especially over the phone using call center software.
Working Conditions
