We're hiring a UX Content Strategist (English–Turkish) to craft clear, product-driven experiences for a global B2B platform. This is not a marketing copywriting role — it's a strategic, user-centered position where language shapes how millions of users interact with complex product flows.

What You'll Do:
- Write concise, intuitive UX content for interfaces that help users navigate, act, and engage — across the full end-to-end journey.
- Break down complex product features and communicate them clearly through interface copy, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, and more.
- Adapt English content into natural, context-aware Turkish, preserving both function and brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with product teams (design, PMs, engineering, research) to deliver localized product experiences that feel seamless to users.
- Leverage product metrics to inform your work, keeping KPIs like activation, conversion, and retention in focus as you iterate.
- Help define Turkish UX content standards that align with global guidelines while respecting local language and cultural nuance.
What We're Looking For:
- Turkish speaker with professional fluency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or localization within product teams (preferably in tech or e-commerce).
- Deep understanding of how content supports product functionality and drives user behavior at every stage of the journey.
- Strong ability to localize not just words, but intent, clarity, and emotional tone for different contexts and user needs.
- Familiarity with product development processes and agile workflows.
- Empathy for users, sharp attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
- A portfolio that shows how your writing supports UX and solves real user problems.
