Technical Writer

Are you ready to shape the narrative of a game-changing flagship product? We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Writer with a passion for precision and a proven track record in B2B software environments. If you thrive on distilling complex information into crystal-clear documentation and love working closely with innovators—from developers to sales and senior leadership—this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Do

• Document Excellence: Craft and maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation for our flagship product, In4Suite®, and its suite of sub-applications and features.
• Collaborative Impact: Work side-by-side with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and our senior leadership, ensuring that every technical nuance is captured accurately.
• Innovate in Real Estate & Construction: Leverage any experience or understanding of the real estate and construction industry to enhance product relevance and usability.
• Digital Presence: Utilize WordPress to manage and update content, contributing to our digital narrative (experience here is a huge plus).

• Experienced & Proven: You have solid experience working in a B2B software company, where you’ve honed your technical writing skills.
• Detail-Obsessed & Articulate: You translate complex technical concepts into engaging, clear, and concise content.
• Portfolio Pro: Your portfolio or work samples demonstrate your ability to create impactful documentation—applications without a sample will not be considered.
• Team Player: You excel in environments where collaboration is key and are comfortable engaging with diverse teams to drive results.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and other technical writing tools is highly regarded. Additional skills in project management, Agile methodologies, or modern documentation practices will set you apart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant certifications or equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing within a B2B software environment. Experience or understanding of the real estate and construction industry is a plus.
