Job description
IntegraPro is hiring customer-facing documentation efforts across government, regulated, and enterprise environments. We are seeking a Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist to support the development of audit-ready, operational, governance, and compliance-related documentation across client engagements. This role works directly with clients, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to translate complex technical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, structured, and defensible documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop policies, procedures, standards, operational guides, and formal reports
- Translate technical, business, and regulatory requirements into clear and structured documentation
- Support audit, compliance, governance, and certification-related documentation efforts
- Conduct interviews and working sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Coordinate document reviews, version control, approvals, and change management activities
- Support documentation governance and knowledge management initiatives
- Assist with additional documentation, governance, business analysis, or project support activities as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Political Science, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, compliance, governance, project coordination, or regulated documentation environments.
- Experience supporting government, healthcare, technology, compliance, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong writing, editing, research, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical, operational, or regulatory information into clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Proven professionalism, collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and client-facing environments.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), both written and verbal, strongly preferred.
