Drive global growth by developing thought leadership content strategies
JetBrains is a leader in AI-driven software development tools, trusted by over 11 million users, including 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies. As we expand our B2B marketing efforts, we are seeking a Senior Global Content Strategist. The goal is to improve JetBrains’ positioning as a global leader in AI-driven development tools by developing a content strategy, targeting Enterprise CIOs, CTOs and Technical Team Leads.
This is a new role within the rapidly growing B2B Marketing department. It will give you the autonomy to build like in a scale-up environment while having access to the resources of an enterprise.
Key responsibilities:
- Opt-In Strategy & Thought Leadership Mailings
- Develop and execute a strategy to aggregate opt-ins for thought leadership mailings.
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of the defined target audience.
- Leverage lead magnets, gated content, and personalized outreach to grow subscriptions.
- Content Strategy & Development
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that is relevant for different verticals within the enterprise segment and is connected to JetBrains’ solutions.
- Competitive & Industry Research – Monitor trends and competitor content to ensure differentiation and thought leadership.
- Leverage existing internal content while identifying opportunities to create new, impactful material.
- Oversee content production by collaborating with internal and/ or external copywriters.
- Editorial Calendar Management – Define and maintain a content roadmap aligned with marketing goals
- Success Stories Aggregation
- Design and optimize a scalable process to collect and share JetBrains user success stories.
- Work with customers and internal teams to surface compelling case studies and testimonials.
- Distribute success stories across multiple marketing channels (email, website, social media, etc.).
- Stakeholder & Agency Alignment
- Align with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, PR) to ensure content consistency.
- Manage agency relationships for content production, design, and distribution support.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to amplify content impact across channels.
- Measurement & Budget Management
- Track and analyze key content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, retention).
- Optimize the content funnel based on data-driven insights.
- Manage content development budgets efficiently, ensuring high ROI.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven ability to develop opt-in content programs and execute multi-channel distribution strategies.
- Strong storytelling skills with experience in thought leadership and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage and mentor content creators while aligning with strategic goals.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in content performance measurement and optimization.
