Role Summary

Create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for various modules across products. Develop documentation strategy, templates, and processes for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user guides, help articles, and FAQ documentation
• Document API specifications and integration guides
• Develop internal technical documentation and runbooks
• Create training materials for support and customer success teams
• Maintain and update documentation as features evolve
• Develop documentation templates and style guides
• Conduct user testing on documentation clarity and usability
• Manage documentation tools and platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams
• Ensure documentation accessibility and searchability

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with API and technical documentation
• Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, GitBook, etc.)
• Basic understanding of software development concepts
• Experience with Markdown or similar markup languages
• Ability to translate complex concepts for different audiences
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with video creation and screen recording tools
• Knowledge of SEO and documentation discoverability
• Proficiency with GitHub or version control for documentation
