Location: Innsbruck, Austria
Job Type: Full-Time 38.5 h
Your Tasks
- Take an active role in creating user documents for cochlear implant products and contribute to content design and localization in accordance with guidelines and standards
- Edit, structure, manage, and review content for user documentation and user interfaces
- Support several projects and collaborate with development engineers, UX designers, product managers, and regulatory experts
- Understand product requirements and regulatory guidelines and respond to stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to the definition of corporate guides and specifications for technical writing and localization
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in science, engineering, or communication with several years of professional experience in writing
- Experience in technical writing, UX writing, product documentation, or similar
- Experience with authoring tools or content management systems (such as SCHEMA ST4 or Oxygen XML Author); knowledge of operating principles of cochlear implants is an advantage
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical systems and to work in a regulated environment
- Strong communication skills; very good English skills both written and spoken

Further Information
Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.
Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
