Responsibilities
- Create clear and concise manuals, guides, FAQs, and technical documents
- Translate complex concepts into understandable language for non-technical audiences
- Work closely with engineers, developers, and product managers to gather accurate information
- Organize information in logical and easy-to-navigate formats
- Edit and revise existing documents for consistency and clarity
- Ensure all content aligns with company standards and client expectations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Ability to grasp complex topics quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Google Docs, Confluence, Markdown, etc.)
- Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills
- Portfolio or samples of previous technical writing work required
