About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Content Designer / UX Content Strategist to support the evolution of a suite of business banking credit tools. This role focuses on empowering advisors with clear, consistent, and scalable content experiences that help them better serve clients’ credit needs. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and technology partners to shape content strategy, define requirements for product features, and ensure content quality across a suite of complex financial tools within a highly regulated banking environment.
What You Will Be Working On
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance a suite of business banking credit tools used by advisors
- Designing and improving content experiences that support advisor decision-making
- Contributing to the evolution of content standards across a complex financial tools ecosystem
- Participating in ideation, discovery, and collaborative design activities
- Supporting scalable and accessible content systems across multiple product streams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to content strategy across digital financial products
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements
- Develop and maintain content standards and guidelines for consistency and clarity
- Ensure content meets accessibility and usability best practices
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly content
- Support rapid delivery across multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Present work and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders across disciplines
Must-Have Skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in complex, regulated environments (banking or financial services preferred)
- Expertise in content strategy for digital products
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Proficiency in Figma and content/design collaboration workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at high velocity
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in UX research or working closely with research teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content design or designing for AI-powered interfaces
